Our policy
Is not to offer you a selection of standardised ‘supermarket’ style designs, but to provide a unique tailor-made bouquet or arrangement of special flowers chosen specifically for your requirements. We are not members of a relay service but can usually help you find a florist in another part of the country and deal direct to send flowers elsewhere.
Delivery
We don’t usually guarantee delivery times as we do all our deliveries personally, fitted around shop opening times Tuesday to Saturday. For a Monday funeral we will always try to deliver on the day. We deliver locally within a 15 mile radius, but can sometimes go further if required. There is a small charge for deliveries; just call for the current rates. If no one is in to receive the delivery we’ll do whatever we can to help: we’ll find a safe place or ask a neighbour to take them for you and we’ll always leave a card with a note explaining what we’ve done, and if all else fails we’ll return them to the shop and contact you.
